Martin to state Adjutant General asking that original rolls of Captain Woodword’s Klamath Volunteers be checked for one John Mosely whose application for land bounty was returned as not on rolls. Martin says may be listed as Mosby but original in Adjutant General office should be right. Written in Eureka, May 9, 1868.
